I’m a UX Research Leader who empowers teams to design with confidence

Connecting product teams to users: With 10+ years of experience in the enterprise software (Samsung Knox, SAP), I ensure product strategy is grounded in real customer needs. I create opportunities for product leaders, designers, and engineers to hear directly from users, building confidence in the decisions that shape business-critical products.

Scaling research for impact: I bring both rigor and pragmatism to UX research. Trained in Human-Computer Interaction and with an engineering background, I have built research practices from the ground up. I develop repeatable processes and operational frameworks that make insights scalable and actionable across global product teams.

Growing people and communities: I am committed to coaching the next generation of UX researchers, having mentored almost 20 interns and managed a growing team of professionals. Beyond my workplace, I help strengthen the broader research community by organizing Vancouver’s oldest UX meetup. I also co-founded the Radical Research Summit, a conference that connected and inspired researchers from 2016 to 2021.
